Everyone at Kids Dental Now is excited to meet you and your child.  They make sure every child feels welcome, safe, and at home during visits!

As we are all aware a novel β-coronavirus (2019-nCoV) is affecting pandemicaly population all over the world.  Kids Dental Now is taking special precautions to protect our patients and our staff.  Our office will take extra measures in order to avoid any possible contamination, until further notice.  The office is equipped with new air conditioning UV Light to avoid cross contamination, screening of all patients and staff at the arival in the office, barriers and increased desinfection methods.  Teledentistry will still be available Monday through Friday 10am-3:30pm as an operator will be accesible.  If your child exhibits any signs of upper respiratory infection or COVID-19 infection like runny nose, fever, or caught, their visit will have to be rescheduled until simptoms improve and the risk of contamination is reduced.  Hospitals that provide emergency dental treatment around our area are Joe DeMaggio Children's Hospital.

Please keep your appointment time as schedule and call us ahead if you need to reschedule, as we are trying to accomodate as many patients as possible in the allowed time. Let’s keep each other healthy and safe!

The following considerations are addressed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, together with guidelines to reduce the risk of getting sick.  Please advise your children to wash their hands frequently, for at least 20 seconds, stop touching their mouth and nose, avoid oral habits like sucking thumb, biting nails and wiggling baby teeth with dirty hands, cover their mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing.  Also if the parent or caregiver accompaning the patient to their appointment is sick, we kindly suggest to wait outside or wear a mask throughout the entire appointment. You can find more information about the virus and how to stay in a low risk of getting sick at www.cdc.gov.

During your child dental visit all caregivers and adults accompaning the pediatric patient are required to wear mask at all time. Children over 2 year old are also required to wear mask at all time, except for the time designated for the dental treatment or examination.

The screaning procedures will be taken place for every visit until further notice.
